Helen Marie Maher

Helen's story 

Helen began her career in financial services over two decades ago and has since held a range of senior leadership roles across leading global institutions. Before joining Quayside, she served as Head of Business Implementation at SEI Investments, where she oversaw large-scale operational transformations and strategic client initiatives.

From 2006 to 2015, Helen led the onboarding and project management teams for BNY Mellon Alternative Investment Services (formerly PNC), driving complex integration programmes for institutional clients.

​

As Chief Operating Officer and Designated Person for Operational Risk Management, Helen provides strategic oversight of the firm’s operational framework, governance, and risk management processes. She is widely recognised for her leadership in operational excellence and her ability to align business strategy with regulatory and client objectives.

Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from University College Dublin.
