Who we are

This website is operated by Quayside Fund Management Ltd (“Quayside”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Ireland (CRO 539209) and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Our registered office is 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square West, Dublin 2, D02 NX53, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect and why

This is an informational website. We only collect personal information that you choose to give us:

  • Enquiries you submit through our contact form — your name, work email, company (optional) and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about the services you asked about.
  • Emails and calls — if you contact us directly using the details on our site, we keep that correspondence to deal with your request.
  • Basic technical logs — our hosting provider automatically records standard server information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and available.

We do not use this website to collect special-category data, and we do not carry out advertising, profiling or automated decision-making through it.

Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest (and, where you initiate contact, taking steps at your request) in responding to you and in the ordinary conduct of our business. You can object to this at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and within the EEA or under appropriate safeguards:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Web3Forms — secure delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Fonts — delivery of the typeface used on the site (this may involve your browser requesting font files, which processes your IP address).

We may also disclose information where required by law or by our regulator.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. This site uses only strictly-necessary storage — we do not use advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run website analytics.

  • Cookie notice preference — when you accept our cookie notice, we store a small flag in your browser’s local storage so the notice does not reappear on every visit. It contains no personal information.

Because we only use strictly-necessary storage, no prior consent is required, but we show a notice for transparency. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the personal information we hold about you, to object to our processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at operations@quayside.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
