As an authorised Super ManCo, Quayside sets out its organisational structure and reporting procedures and will appoint designated persons to carry out the following managerial functions.

Each designated person will monitor and control each of the individual activities on a periodical basis.

Quayside will project manage asset managers establishing new fund structures in Ireland and Luxembourg.

  • Guidance in determining the appropriate fund structure 

  • Provision of investment management solutions

  • Support in identifying experienced independent non-executive directors

  • Assistance in the selection of suitable service providers including: administrators, depositaries, distributors, lawyers and auditors

  • Provision of a qualified Money Laundering Reporting Officer

  • Management of compliance and regulatory requirements in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations

DISTRIBUTION

Quayside has a deep understanding of local requirements across the European Union coupled with its extensive network of locally based distribution experts.  This allows Quayside to deliver tailored and focused distribution strategies to all fund structures.

 

Quayside manages the marketing passport applications, thus enabling its clients to market their alternative investments funds and UCITS funds for cross-border distribution. This service includes: 

 

  • Preparing and filing initial marketing passport applications with the local regulator

  • Ongoing management of updated notifications and filings

  • Monitoring the status of all registrations
